IN THE "AWARENESS" PHASE OF THE LEAP 4A INNOVATION JOURNEY, WE PERFORM THE DIAGNOSTICS – USING INTERVIEWS AND TOOLS & FRAMEWORKS.

THE FOCUS IS ON DETECTING COGNITIVE BIASES WHICH MAY BE "UNSEEN" AND WITHIN THE “BLINDSPOT” OF THE INDIVIDUAL(S) AND THEREFORE THE ORGANIZATION.

WE ASCERTAIN THE IMPACT OF THESE BIASES – IF THEY ARE ENABLING OR RESTRAINING , SPECIFIC TO THE "INVENTIVENESS" OF AN ORGANISATION.

THIS IS DONE THROUGH FACILITATED WORKSHOPS AT DIFFERENT LEVELS OF LEADERSHIP STARTING WITH THE SENIOR LEADERSHIP OF THE ORGANIZATION.

AS THE ORGANIZATION MOVES FROM “AWARENESS” TO THE “ADVANCEMENT” PHASE THROUGH THESE WORKSHOPS, THE OUTCOME IS TO ENABLE THE TARGET PARTICIPANTS TO ARTICULATE THE INNOVATION INITIATIVES AND THE EXPERIMENTS THEY NEED TO EMBARK UPON

IN ORDER TO INSTITUTIONALIZE INNOVATION, THE ORGANIZATION WOULD NEED TO CONSIDER DISRUPTIVE BUSINESS MODELS TO MONETIZE THESE INNOVATIONS BY DELIVERING VALUE TO THEIR CLIENTS.

THE CHANGES IN THE BUSINESS MODELS WOULD NECESSITATE ORGANIZATION STRUCTURAL CHANGES.

OUR FOCUS IN THE “ANCHOR” PHASE IS TO ENABLE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF INNOVATION – DELIVERING VALUE TO THE CLIENTS AND BUILDING NEW STREAMS OF REVENUE.
