Why Level 5 Design Thinking?

Design Thinking is among the most popular global approaches today for organisations either small or big in order to re-imagine themselves. The need for thinking differently is becoming critical especially after the Covid crisis. However #Design Thinking is not a linear process, it's a #Mindset Level 5 Design Thinking based on the concepts in the book "Making of a Level 5 Design Thinker" fulfills a key gap in the existing perspectives on Design Thinking by adopting a deeply humanistic approach of the roles of the Design Thinker and the Design Team. Level 5 Design Thinking in the spirit of the Latin phrase "Medice Cura Te Ipsum" translated as Physician Heal Thyself invites practitioners to embark on an intellectual, emotional and spiritual journey before leading a design thinking process. The journey will ground them in terms of humility, open-mindedness, empathy for the stakeholders, courage to fail, resilience and a number of other personal strengths and characteristics needed for the effectiveness of the Design Thinking process. The uniqueness of Level 5 Design Thinking is that it is a fusion of Western Approach (which is AS IS Design Thinking) and Eastern Wisdom.
